I actively participated in the complete design process of Welcome To Jackson. In particular, I was involved in iterating the prototype to incorporate feedback from peer critique sessions, the partner and faculty members. I also contributed to uploading content on the website along with adding buttons, pages etc. to the website. I conducted user testing on the logos developed by the graphic designer to provide feedback as to what users find intuitive. Lastly, I designed the poster for the Civic Tech Exposition in Jackson.

I was the project manager, client relationship manager, and contextual inquiry lead, as well as an active assistant in the solution design. I managed our team's workflow and handled all communication with stakeholders in Jackson. I conducted interviews with multiple Jacksonians to learn from local community members. Additionally, I helped create and evolve our solution, ensuring that it met the parameters set by by our project partners and the new resident community.

I participated in the whole process from ideation, prototyping, and final project. I was mainly in charge of the postcard process - from the layout to the final production. Communicated with the graphic designer for the designs needed for the city's website. Created the design for the postcards.
